This stuff is fire!!
Not only does it add amazing flavor but the spice level is insane, use sparingly!
This is what I use for my spicy chicken nuggets/patties and for my Indian Chicken!
* Chili Paste *
1. Remove seeds from dried red chilis
2. Cover chili with hot water and soak for 30 minutes
3. Drain and puree chili into a paste with a bit of oil and pinch of salt
4. Saute chili paste with a bit more oil on medium heat for 5 minutes (open windows and get ready to cough!)
Cover and refrigerate – will keep for several weeks
